Team Botswana! (from left: Molly, Sara, Sarah, Drew, Lindsey, Vince, Eoghan, Jordan, Ben, Elena, Amanda)

We went back to NG-29 (a wilderness area in the Okavango Delta) during the final week of the program to finish final exams and conduct game counts.  We ended up camping in the very spot where we camped during our first week out in the field – in a big semi-circle under a fabulous mopane tree.  We were all very delighted to see how much our plant, mammal, and bird identification skills had improved.
While we all will miss Botswana very much, we are looking forward to taking what we have learned about wilderness and conservation home to share with our friends and family.  We will also always remember and love our beautiful RRCS Botswana Spring 2012 family!
