It is so nice to be back in Namibia! Vehi says hi to all our students past and we have had a wonderful time reminiscing about past programs. We have been very busy this week preparing for the next program.
Wereldsend, our field camp, has had a massive makeover! We are currently working on a shower and toilet of our very own. Imagine a flush toilet in the middle of the bush. There is now shade cloth covering all the student tents and I must say, it looks very impressive. We are also installing a kitchen sink and thus, Wereldsend will no longer be considered ‘roughing it!’ This coming group of students are going to be very spoiled!
We are anticipating expanding the wildlife monitoring project into Palmwag Concession. I am sure there are going to be many amazing stories for this program’s blog. Stay tuned!
